The ecolodge we stayed at was great, even though it was the farthest from the beach, we enjoyed the nature views and the quiet. The restaurant and the pool, as well as the beach were amazing. All in all it was a great experience.

The cleanliness could be improved. The toilet seat and the toilet were dirty, the floors were not that well cleaned. Considering that everyone has to clean after themselves and that the checkouts are at 10am and check-ins at 4pm, which gives time to cleaners to touch up, the unit should have been cleaner. Lots of cobwebs on the top windows too.

Nice that the campsite has it own beaches, everything is there like restaurant and super market.

The smell of the treatment plant on the beach by our spot was not so nice. Also the prices at the cheringuito were so high we didn't want to spend money there. 1 L of water and 1 Ice cream was almost €10.

Nice camping location.

The main area that could be improved is noise management and greater consideration for guests who come to the campsite to relax. Unfortunately, there was a lot of unnecessary noise caused by staff and service activities. Restaurant staff could often be heard having loud conversations late at night, and electric carts were driven over uneven surfaces during the night without much consideration for guests sleeping nearby. Deliveries to the restaurant, as well as pool and sewage system maintenance, were also carried out quite loudly. In addition, waste collection starting as early as 7 a.m. generated a significant amount of noise. Of course, we understand that all of these activities are necessary to keep the campsite running. However, with a few logistical improvements and a more guest-conscious approach from staff and external service providers, much of this disturbance could probably be avoided or reduced. Guests come to a campsite primarily to relax and enjoy their holiday, and they should not have to experience the noise and disruption associated with the day-to-day operation of the facility. Better scheduling of deliveries, maintenance and waste collection, together with greater attention to noise levels, would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

After being moved , and receiving our fridge a day late , we had a great time ,pitch with sea view which is what I had paid for . Access to the ocean was amazing. The entire family enjoyed this place

Honestly there is not enough personel onsite or at the restaurant for the number of guest on the campsite .although very friendly, there is no experience. We were told one night to order and come back 25 minutes later for our drinks The bar was a mess and not cleaned systematically which was a big surprise for a camping with so many stars . The grounds were dirty, we cleaned enough cigarettes and bottle caps away from our site, wnough to fill a bottle. The toilets seemed like they were only cleaned every few days.....there was trash in the trees around us so we cleaned that too. For such a beautiful place it is a shame that it is not better maintained.

The facilities, the access to the beaches, in-the-nature feeling. Reception service is great.

More flexibility on booking dates. The most important problem is the restaurant service. We systematically had issues there. Some examples: - one order we made twice, with two different waiters and they were not delivered. When we asked a third time, we were just informed that the kitchen was closed - drink orders forgotten - once we arrived before 13h and we were told to wait until the service was open. OK. But then when the service started, we were completly ignored; the orders were taken from everyone around, except us

Let down on check in. Arrived at 15.20. Waited 15 mins to check in, only to be told to home back i. 1 hour as the acomodación wasn’t ready. Recretuned at 16.30 to que again for 20 mins to be told again come back in 1 hour. Not happy, not enough staff and still not ready after 17.00

More reception staff and on takeaway the same situation. Waited 10 mins to ask a question, only to be ignores. Due to this we never used the takeaway or bar. Too slow service!!

Our pitch (104) was not the best, in my opinion (have stayed on much nicer pitches in the past). Bathrooms could be updated, need more hooks. Supermarket is expensive. More options in the restaurant. Shame there were no activities for kids on the weekend.

I loved the whole complex and nature. Parcels are spacious, with a breathtaking view. Beaches are amazing!

1. Check in. You can optimize it better. Check-in was the worst part; it lasted too long. Only two receptionists and so many people waiting in line. Over 1 standard on the heat is something I'd like to skim next time. 2. Restaurant food. A lot of room for improvement. Pretty slow service.

Amazing view and infrastructure

Signaling is REALLY bad. The day we arrived it took us literally hours to find our campsite location – and we were going around carrying really heavy backpacks while we searched. This was really bad, you NEED to have some signs showing where parcels number X to Z are located, especially the locations for tents aren't signaled at all and the stairs are super hidden.

Great location and views of the sea. Good choice of beaches and a swimming pool. Close enough to Tossa de Mar to cycle or walk. Friendly and welcoming staff. On site supermarket. Good showers.

Enable shuttle train/transfer down to beach before 1-Jun as it is already busy enough in May. Check and repair some loose wooden hand rails by some steps down to beach.

Very hilly, Further to beach than described, a long way to toilets/ showers. Quite basic for over 40€ vs French sites with full facilities for less than 20€

We loved Camping Cala Llavada. I came nine years previously with my children and stayed in one of the lodges at the top of the hill. This time we came in our campervan. We had a lovely pitch near the reception and bar area, with views of the sea. The facilities are great, the location is perfection and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Probably my favourite campsite in the whole of Europe and the UK!

None! You have done it all perfectly! I love the different kinds of accommodation. The tent pitches overlooking the Mediterranean are fabulous and the campervan pitches are wonderful too.

The area and the beaches are great pieces of nature, tossa del Mar ist a City that hasnt succumbed to tourism as much as many other areas

​-Price Policy: if I book in advance for 2 weeks paying 4000€ and additionally bring to friends and later I find out I could just wait next time to get the same Place and Time for 1800€ less... - I visited the Camp Site since 2008 several times and the Eco, Clean aspect has declined quiet a bit. There was Garbage around the Ecolodges, we even found used condoms. Same applies to the beaches and the ocean. Especially the "Nude Beach" was full of Garbage around 15 o`clock... - The Wifi didnt work as well as the TV for about 10 out of 14 days!!! In this Pricerange for a 4 Star Campsite I was disappointed. - The Stove has 2 fields for cooking so small you can barely fit 2 large contaioniers, espec. due to the limitation of an Induktive Surface. Hardly enough for 5 ppl / Bungalow.

We come for 18 years. We love the location, quietness of camping, beach and restaurants at the beach. Swimming pool is great.

Booking system is a disaster - why mostly in French with French numbers? Should be online platform, all auto managed. Contact me as I can write that for you. We also detest the opening hours of the super market. Unacceptable, really. Should be open all day. The food of the restaurant uphill close to reception has deteriorated significantly. Also to open at 9am is far too late.

Clean good pitch size and location with sea view. Near bbq area and plenty of water. Lovely view and despite what other think the steps to the beach were okay for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. If you want the view then you have to have the steps.

Some sun bed reserving going on and towels put down early and not being used until later. (We just took them off!) toilets were clean and staff kept on top of some silly graffiti which appeared over 5 nights in cubicles.

Beautiful setting - the new Prestige Cottages are very comfortable

Something that really irritates me is that you have to hire bed linen - when you pay a substantial amount to stay in a bungalow the sheets should be included and fitted to the beds prior to arrival. Trying to contact the site directly either by phone or email is very difficult and slow - it should be improved

There are many activities to do, the pool is nice, and the views are amazing, we also appreciate the transportation to the beach, and the bungalow was clean

Coffee at the restaurant is very bad! We also left our dog inside the bungalow, the cleaning staff opened the door maybe by mistake and the dog escaped, he stayed outside in the heat without water and panicking for 3 hours while we were at the beach
